  • If I am unable to attend an event or a class, can I receive a refund?

    If we cancel the event or class without a future rain date for any reason beyond our control then we will refund you your money. If we do not cancel any event or class you can not get a refund but you can still receive your shirt for any event. Thank you for your support.

  • Can I get a refund on custom items?

    There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. All customers are sent a mockup for approval. It is the customers responsibility to check for errors. Once your order is in production no changes can be made.

  • Why does it take long to fufill my order?

    We are a print on demand company. Some orders take longer than others because we do not make the garments only print on them therefore, we have to purchase the item to print on the item.
