October 11-Break The Silence-Speak Ya Peace

Depression is real, but so is hope, healing, and community. Too many of us suffer in silence, smiling on the outside while breaking on the inside. But this movement—Break the Silence, Speak Ya Peace—was created to remind you that your voice has power, your story has purpose, and your peace is worth protecting.

💬 Speak Ya Peace: Whether it’s journaling, praying, creating, or simply opening up to a trusted friend — release it. Healing begins when we stop pretending we’re not hurt.  Stacey Lee owner of Serenity Divine Care and Speak Ya Peace offers you ongoing support @serenitydivinecare

You are not your pain. You are your power.

Let’s keep pushing back against depression with faith, joy, and community. Together, we’re breaking chains and building peace.

This event was a powerhouse of speakers. But my favorite was Katrina. Very real and raw. Powerful and touching. Katrina’s new book im looking forward to that read. My 2nd time attending this yearly event and I can NOT wait for next year. I see nothing but growth and success!!
